Our topic this term is ‘Pets'
Students will have the opportunity to meet different pets, talk about their favourite pets, how to care for them and learn how a vet helps animals. They will learn and use new vocabulary to describe pets, will look at changes that happen to animals as they get older, identifying the names of various animals’ offspring and understand the responsibilities that come with looking after a pet. Some students will compare different part of their bodies to those of a pet and introduce skeletons through x-rays.
